Buying from bitlantis.city means agreeing to these. They're short on purpose.
Who you're buying from
Bitlantis City LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Products are printed and shipped on our behalf by Printful.
Orders
- Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any tax are shown at checkout before you pay.
- An order is accepted when Stripe confirms payment. We can cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or the price was wrong.
- Everything is printed to order. Production takes 2 to 7 business days, then shipping time on top.
Returns and problems
See Shipping and returns. Short version: damaged or misprinted, we replace it. Wrong size ordered, we can't take it back because it was made for you.
The fiction
Bitlantis City, its districts, and its cast are fictional. Any resemblance to real people, companies, or events is coincidence. The designs, stories, and marks on this site are owned by Bitlantis City LLC. Buy a shirt, wear it anywhere; don't reprint the art.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or the sea rising.
Law
Wyoming law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Wyoming, unless your local consumer law says otherwise, in which case it does.
