Privacy

This is the plain version. Bitlantis City LLC ("we") runs bitlantis.city. We collect as little as a store can and we don't sell any of it.

What we collect

• Orders. Your name, email, shipping address, and what you bought. Payment details go directly to Stripe; we never see your card number.
• Contact form. Your name, email, and message.
• Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track you across sites.
• Cart. Stored in your browser only, in local storage. It never leaves your device until you check out.

Who else sees it

• Stripe processes payment. Stripe's privacy policy.
• Printful prints and ships your order, so they receive your name, address, and order contents. Printful's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare sits in front of the site for security, analytics, and the Turnstile bot check on forms.
• SMTP2GO delivers our email to you.

How long we keep it

Order records for seven years, because tax law. Contact messages until the conversation is over. Server logs for 30 days.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we'll keep the minimum the tax code requires). Email [email protected].

Cookies

None from us. Stripe sets its own during checkout on its domain. That's why there's no banner.
