Shipping and returns

Shipping

  • Every item is printed after you order it. Production takes 2 to 7 business days.
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination. We ship to the US, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia. Ask if you're elsewhere.
  • Typical delivery after production: US 3 to 5 business days, elsewhere 5 to 20.
  • You'll get a tracking link by email when it ships. You can also look it up at /track with the order ID and token from your confirmation.
  • International orders may attract customs duties. Those are yours, not ours.

Returns

  • Damaged, defective, or misprinted: email a photo to [email protected] within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship at no cost, or refund.
  • Wrong size or changed your mind: because each item is made for your order, we can't accept returns for these. Check the size chart on the product page before you buy.
  • Lost in transit: if tracking stops and the package is more than 10 days late, tell us and we'll resend.
  • Wrong address: if the carrier returns it, we'll reship once you confirm the correct address; you cover the second postage.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
